This was the best vacation rental experience I have had. This was a beautiful unit, well furnished and very clean, and in a quiet spot yet close enough to town to enjoy walking every day. I would love to be able to return some day.

I recently stayed at Highland Cape for the second time. It is truly delightful - beautifully decorated, very peaceful and comfortable yet only a short walk away from all the sights and sounds of P'town. From the sound system in every room to the heated bathroom floor tiles, the owners have provided everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I hope to return many times in the future.

We LOVED this place. Excellent amenities, very clean & cute. Great location...espcecially smelling the scones & muffins being baked downstairs at "Relish"! We would come back anytime!!!!

I have rented many vacation spots and this was the best--clean,well appointed,incredible view,great neighbors,easy access to the best of everything--not surprised it books very quickly. you can tell the owners care!Thanks

Just returned from August week at Highland Cape. After many years of summer rentals in P-town, this condo is by far the best in terms of amenities and location - close enough for easy walk to downtown and super quiet with large waterfront deck. Spacious living areas with well appointed kitchen. First level gourmet shop/bakery (Relish) is great also. Will definitely reserve this property for next year.

We were very pleased with the condo, from the great convenient yet quiet location to the stunning water views. Very nicely appointed and stocked, updated kitchen and a great private sundeck. We hope to be back to this property.

I have vacationed in Provincetown for 29 years and this was the most beautiful, well kept and peaceful places I have stayed in. Perfect location and a great place to leave the world behind. I hope to return for years to come.

We will be back often to this very fine Provincetown rental. The interior was aesthetically appealing while keeping a comfortable, cozy overall feel. Bring your favorite CDs because a terrific multi-room audio system awaits you. In fact all you really need to bring are your toiletries, for this condo is stocked full with most essential everydaylivingathome supplies. All business dealings went smoothly and in a timely, courteous manner. And by the way, the view from the deck is marvelous. I give it a five-star rating with no reservations (no pun!).

We just got back from our best vacation in P'Town in 12 years. This is the best condo or house we have stayed in yet. The rooms are spacious, beautifuly decorated, and beyond just clean. The water views can't be beat and the location is ideal. We intend to book 2 weeks in this unit next summer. Thank you !Janet

We have been going to P-Town for over 15 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The view is awesome, the location is ideal, the condo is very clean, every convenience is made available, and the property manager is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend staying here ...it’s worth every penny.

We stayed a week at Highland Cape and its a great place!! The location is close enough to town to easily walk anywhere, but thankfully not in the midst of all the hustsle and bustle. The views are fantastic, and everything you need is there. We'll be back for sure!!!
